What we collect
When you contact us about Voyage, we collect your name, work email address, school, any optional message you provide and the page from which you opened the enquiry form. Please do not submit pupil names, health information or other sensitive personal data.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange conversations, understand whether Voyage could be useful for your school and keep a record of those conversations. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the business and, where relevant, taking steps before entering into an agreement.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use this website and how well its pages perform. It provides statistics such as pages viewed, referring website, country, device and browser category, and page-performance measurements. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies, collect visitors' personal data or track individuals across websites. We use these statistics to improve the website's content and performance, not for advertising, profiling or identifying individual visitors.
Storage and retention
Website enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 in an EU jurisdiction. A copy of the details is also sent as an internal notification through our Google Workspace account so that we can respond promptly. We restrict access to people who need it to handle enquiries and apply the same retention approach to the database record and notification email. We normally retain an enquiry for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless it leads to an ongoing customer relationship or supported implementation, or we must keep it for a legal reason. Cloudflare makes Web Analytics statistics available to us for up to six months; unsampled data is retained for seven days before it is aggregated.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, privacy-preserving web analytics, bot protection and database infrastructure. Google provides our Workspace email service and processes the internal enquiry notification. These providers process information on our behalf under their service terms and data-protection commitments. We do not store the raw visitor IP address or bot-verification token in the enquiry database or notification email.
